Personnel and Records Management Division

  • Assist and advise the DPNPA on human resource management and other administrative requirements.
  • Acts on all matters pertaining to attendance, leave of absence, recruitment, appointment, placement/assignment, promotion, training performance evaluation, awards and incentives, morale and welfare, discipline and other personnel transactions of the Academy.
  • Administer and manage Academy personnel and Cadets records and other pertinent documents of the Academy.
  • Maintain personnel and cadet information system.
  • Formulate and implement directives, policies, guidelines, regulations regarding personnel administration.
  • Prepare and submit to NHQ-PNP the Human Resource Management Plan and Programs of the Academy.
  • Acts on matters pertaining to cadetโ€™s appointment, declaration of graduates, dismissal, turn back and reinstatement and process the pay and allowances, and monthly remittances for PAG-IBIG, Philhealth and withholding taxes of cadets.
  • Act as member of the CAC.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director, PNPA.

Intelligence and Investigation Management Division

  • Investigate incident reports pertinent to the non-compliance and/or violations of regulations and policies of the department by the cadets and concerned faculty members/instructors.
  • Conduct fact-finding and investigate reports or complaints relating to misbehavior, anomalies and irregularities committed by Uniformed, Non-Uniformed, Cadets and other personnel of the Academy.
  • Gather evidence, evaluates and analyzes information related to non-compliance or violation of laws, existing regulations and policies.
  • Submit results and recommendations after pre-charge investigation conducted to the Director, PNPA for approval.
  • Prosecute cadet-respondent/s who has been charged for violation of grave delinquencies or Class One (1) offense/s stipulated in the Cadet Guide.
  • File appropriate administrative/criminal complaint/s against Uniformed, Non-Uniformed, Cadets and other personnel of the Academy before the office with administrative authority and/or court, as evidence warrants and assist in the prosecution of the case.
  • Record, update and serve as the repository of all admin cases of the cadets and its personnel.
  • Assist and advise the Director, PNPA in the direction, control, coordination and supervision of all Intelligence and CI functions/activities of the academy.
  • Maintain active liaising with other intelligence units to keep abreast with the current threat situation of the camp and its personnel.

Operations Management Division

  • Responsible in the overall Implementation of operational policies, strategies, and directives of the PNPA.
  • Monitor, supervise, and evaluate operational activities and community extension services of the Academy.
  • Assist In the formulation of policies, strategies, and directives on PNPA operations including development plans and supervise Implementation of the same.
  • Investigate incident reports pertinent to the non-compliance with and/or violations of regulations and policies of the department by the cadets and concerned faculty members/ Instructors.
  • Coordinate with other PNPA units in the pursuit of the Academy’s mission and on operational matters of mutual Interest.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director, PNPA.

Logistics and Resource Management Division

  • Prepares Plans and Programs for the allocation/distribution of supplies and equipment for PNPA.
  • Facilitate the procurement and management of logistical resources of the Academy.
  • Prepare and implement an annual procurement plan.
  • Conducts periodic inventory; maintains records of PNPA properties, equipment and supplies (to include donations) and submits periodic status reports.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director, PNPA

Community Affairs and Extension Services Division

  • Shall cater to the complaints of walk-in complainants and from the public thru telephone calls, SMS, Social Medias, letters and referrals from hotline 888 and other government entities;
  • Shall conduct police โ€“ community related programs/projects, community immersions and medical and dental operation and relief distribution;
  • Shall produce informative materials, disseminate relevant information through quad-media (Print, Radio, TV and Cyber Space) and conduct police education and moral and spiritual orientations.
  • Shall collect artifacts, memento, and other historical items connected with Philippine National Police Academy and record PNP and PNPA related historical events.

Financial Management Division

  • Render advice to the Director, PNPA on matters pertaining to programming, budgeting, and financial management of PNPA.
  • Implement policies and guidelines on the utilization of government funds.
  • Monitor, supervise, and evaluate the activities of all budget and finance officers within the Academy.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director, PNPA.

Learning and Doctrine Development Division

  • Formulate and implement plans and programs for the learning and doctrine development of PNPA.
  • Facilitate the learning and training of personnel and faculty/instructor development programs in coordination with Academics Group (ACADG) and Tactics Group (TACG).
  • Identify and organize programs/ activities and facilitate the international and local learning, training conferences, seminars, other similar activities and exchange programs of personnel and/or Cadetโ€™s outside their BSPS Curriculum.
  • Act as secretariat to the Faculty Selection Committee, Co-Chaired by Dean of Academics and Commandant of Cadets.
  • Conduct evaluation for faculty classification and ranking in coordination with ACADG and TACG.
  • Consolidate teaching load and schedule from ACADG and TACG for IDP or other purpose.
  • Consolidate and monitoring of classroom activities and evaluations of faculty performance submitted by ACADG and TACG.
  • Consolidate the faculty requirements relative to course/subject implementation.
  • Consolidate and facilitate the endorsement for approval of Curriculum revisions as requested/ submitted by ACADG and TACG.
  • Consolidate and facilitate the endorsement for approval of revision and development of PNPA doctrines.
  • Coordinate with CHED regarding concerns on BSPS Curriculum.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director, PNPA relative to its function.

Plans, Programs, and Strategy Management Division

  • Assist and advise the Director, PNPA in the formulation and Implementation of the PNPA plans and programs.
  • Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness of the Academy.
  • Provide support services on the policy formulation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of plans, programs, projects and activities, and other community extension services of the Academy.
  • Conduct researches and studies for organizational and systems development.
  • Assist in institutionalizing the PNP International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 Quality Management System (QMS) in the PNPA;
  • Submit periodic and accomplishment reports to higher office.
  • Identify programs and activities that would sustain the partnership of the Cadet Corps In local or international organizations.
  • Provide programs for faculty and cadet exchanges with other Institutions of similar nature both locally and abroad.
  • Organize exchange programs, conferences, seminars, and other similar activities that would promote the linkages of the cadets for the purpose of developing their leadership potentials.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director, PNPA.

ICT Management Division

  • Manage the development of information Systems, Website and Database of the Academy.
  • Formulate, Implement, and review ICT policies and standards for the effective and efficient management of ICT resources of the Academy.
  • Formulate, implement, and review ICT-related academic curriculum for the Academy.
  • Provide technical support to computer networks, communication facility, hardware and devices of the organization.
  • Provide strategic plan for the enhancement of ICT infrastructure such as facilities, processes, system, network, and hardware for the Academy.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient administration and operation of ICT system in partnership with DICTM, ITMS and outsourced IT.
  • Provide ICT capacity-enhancement to PNPA personnel and conduct researches on ICT to make the Academy responsive to the current needs of the PNP and other public safety bureaus.
