PNPA: World-class center of excellence in public safety and social defense education and training.
- Mission Statement
- To provide a comprehensive education, training, and leadership development program to transform Cadets into God-centered, competent and trustworthy public safety leaders.
- Vision Statement
- By the Grace of God, the PNPA by 2030 shall be a world class center of excellence of excellence in public safety and social defense education and training producing professional, community and service-oriented leaders.
- Thrust
- The Cadetship Program of the PNPA shall be in consonance with the thrust of the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology to develop professional, morally upright and dedicated public safety officers imbued with the values of Justice, Integrity and Service. It shall instill to the cadets the three program outcomes of the BSPS curriculum which aim to develop professionalism, leadership, administration and governance skills.

- Administer the Bachelor of Science in Public Safety (BSPS) Cadetship Program through relevant and quality instruction; and
