Silang, Cavite- The Philippine National Police Academy, under the leadership of PMGEN SAMUEL C NACION, honors PMGEN RUDOLPH BOTANGEN DIMAS, the Director for Plans of the Philippine National Police. The event was held at BGen Cicero Campos Grandstand, Camp General Mariano N Castaรฑeda, Silang, Cavite, on March 15, 2024, and was attended by his family, friends, and colleagues.
