Part of the BSPS curriculum is the Cadet Attachment Program during the 2nd Academic Term of fourth-year cadets. It is composed of four (4) phases, which include: Seminar Workshops; Station Immersion; Case-based Scenario, and CAP Defense. The CAP aims to enhance the public safety core competencies of graduating cadets in the areas of Management, Law Enforcement Operation, Internal Security Operation, Investigation, Intelligence, Inter-agency Collaboration, Community Relations, Administration, and Governance as well as enriching social responsibilities in relation to their future public safety roles.

The Station Immersion is designed to further develop and enhance the knowledge and skills of the graduating cadets and to prepare them for their future duties and responsibilities as Commissioned Officers of the Tri-Bureau. The Cadets will only act as passive observers on the daily management and operations of the police stations, particularly on how to handle and respond to public safety and security problems as well as their best practices.
