Silang, Cavite — On September 27, 2023, the Philippine National Police Academy inaugurated the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) program for the Corps of Cadets held at the prestigious BGEN Cicero Campos Field together with PBGEN Samuel C Nacion, Acting Director, Council of Interfaith Leaders, LIFE Coaches, and Christian Fellowship leaders.
The launching of SWIM marked a significant step towards fulfilling the Academy’s mission: “To provide comprehensive education and training programs to transform cadets into God-centered, community-responsive Public Safety Officers trusted and respected by the people.”
As a groundbreaking initiative, SWIM promises to be a cornerstone in the holistic development of PNPA cadets. It will become an integral part of their weekly routine, scheduled every Wednesday, aiming to nurture their potential, instill discipline, promote teamwork, and foster an environment where cadets can cultivate crucial leadership skills, camaraderie, and adaptability.
