Silang, Cavite—The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) is pleased to announce an all-time record high number of qualified applicants for the upcoming Philippine National Police Academy Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT) for the Calendar Year 2023, targeting Class 2028. This remarkable achievement reflects the growing interest and enthusiasm among young individuals in serving their community and the nation as members of the prestigious Philippine National Police.
A staggering total of 37,020 individuals (excluding would be walk-in applicants) out of 108,470 total number of applications from January 1 to July 15, 2023 have successfully met the eligibility criteria and are poised to undertake the PNPACAT on August 6, 2023. With an increase of 16.28% from last year, these qualified applicants will undergo the examination in two sessions, ensuring an efficient and streamlined process. The exams will take place simultaneously across the 37 designated test centers nationwide, facilitating accessibility for aspiring candidates from different regions.
The PNPACAT is a critical milestone in the cadet admission process and represents an opportunity for candidates to showcase their aptitude, knowledge, and dedication towards the noble profession of serving and protecting the Filipino people. The demanding selection process aims to identify individuals with the necessary qualities, including integrity, leadership potential, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to upholding the values of the Philippine National Police.
