Having endured tribulations in his life, CDT 1C Begseng was shaped by his life experiences to be a more resilient and determined individual. As he took the road less travelled and became a cadet of PNPA, he displayed a huge amount of perseverance and hard work in exercising his duties and responsibilities for the success of his goals. Now, as he continues his journey towards becoming a police officer, he will personify Justice, Integrity, and Service in all of his actions, setting-up a foundation for development in the police organization.
