This weekly ritual holds great significance for the cadets and personnel of the PNPA as it symbolizes their unwavering commitment to the ideals of their institution.

The flag raising ceremony, an age-old tradition, serves as a powerful emblem of national unity, pride, and dedication. Adorned with honor, The Acting Director stood shoulder to shoulder with the cadets, personnel, and staff, embodying the core values of justice, integrity, and service that define the PNPA.

Addressing the gathering, PBGEN Nacion expressed his deep pride in leading such a prestigious event and stressed the importance of upholding the institution’s ideals. These principles encompass the importance of selfless service, teamwork, and support in their journey towards excellence.

Furthermore, he outlined the ABCD approach to reinforce the cadets’ development: A for Appearance, emphasizing the need for a professional and respectable demeanor; B for Behavior, highlighting moral integrity and ethical conduct as essential qualities for winning the trust of the community; C for Competence, stressing the importance of continuous learning and skill development; and D for Dependability, a crucial trait for a public servant.

In his closing remarks, he encouraged the cadets to serve their communities and fellow citizens with unwavering professionalism and dedication. He emphasized that by upholding the 3A’s and embodying the ABCD approach, they will fulfill the noble mission of becoming dependable leaders who protect and serve the Filipino people.

The PNPA remains steadfast in instilling a sense of discipline, commitment, and honor among its cadets and personnel. With Acting Director/Superintendent PBGEN SAMUEL C NACION at the helm, the PNPA continues to push boundaries, striving for excellence as the future leaders of the Philippine National Police.
