Silang, Cavite – The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) successfully conducted the PNPA Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT) on August 4, 2024, across 33 test centers nationwide. Out of the 33,027 candidates who registered online from February 12 to June 30, 2024, a total of 25,365 were qualified. Out of these, more than 22,000 candidates physically took the examination.
The number of passers cut off who shall proceed to Phase 2 of the Cadet Admission Process shall be determined by the allocated resources by the National Headquarters and the authorized population of the Cadet Corps, which most likely belongs to the top 1000+. Tentatively, one month after the exam, the passers’ list (cut off to Top 1000+) will be published on the PNPA official website and social media pages.
On behalf of the institution, PMGEN SAMUEL C NACION, Director PNPA, conveyed his gratitude to the Chief PNP, PGEN ROMMEL FRANCISCO D MARBIL, for the active and responsive support of all Police Regional, City, and Municipal Offices, including NSUs.
In addition, the successful PNPACAT this year was made possible with the diligent support of the PNPAAAI (Lakan Community), local government units, and different media outlets nationwide. This includes the presence of National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) field offices through their representatives.
