The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) proudly announces the groundbreaking ceremony of the new PNPA Marcos Field, held on July 29, 2024 spearheaded by PMGEN SAMUEL C NACION, Director, PNPA and graced by the esteemed presence of SENATOR MARIA IMELDA JOSEFA REMEDIOS ROMUALDEZ MARCOS, who participated in the ceremonial groundbreaking.
The event concluded with a symbolic groundbreaking, where Senator Marcos, along with PNPA officials, turned the first shovelful of soil, marking the official commencement of construction. The PNPA Marcos Field is scheduled for completion in the next phase of the academy’s infrastructure development plan.
The field is dedicated and named in honor of former President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos Sr., who is considered and acknowledged as the โFather of PNPAโ. With this field, the PNPA will continue to provide leaders who are well equipped with knowledge and skills.
