PNPA gave honor to NUP Sabino M. Managbanag during the Flag-Lowering Ceremony and Salamat Kapatid Program for his valuable services as a member of the Philippine National Police Academy, which in part contributed immensely to the attainment of the Academy’s mission and objectives. His more than thirty-one years of unselfish devotion to duty and untarnished professionalism displayed as the Cook 1, Tactics Group prior to his retirement are manifestations of his dedication to the PNP organization.
