The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) is inviting all interested entities to join in the acquisition of Cadet Clothing and Essential Items Allowance (CCEIA) for incoming PNPA Class 2028.
The deadline for submission of the requirements and sample uniforms/prototypes will be on or before October 12, 2023 (Thursday).

I. Uniform for Acquisition:
A. Full Dress White/Gala Uniform;
B. Maroon Dress Coat
ll. Documentary Requirements — Three (3) copies each in Separate Folders with Tabbing
A. Original cover letter certifying under oath (duly notarized) the authenticity or correctness of all documents submitted;
B. Original Company Profile and/or Brochure;
C. Certified True Copy of Mayor’s Permit (CY 2023);
D. Certified True Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT Registration;
E. Certified True Copy of Audited Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) for the last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022);
F. Certified True Copy of Company/Business Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022);
G. Original Letter of Authorization or Secretary’s Certificate showing the photograph of authorized representative/s;
H. List of clients/customers (past and present); and |. Sketch of Office/Plant/Factory.
