The ideals of Justice, Integrity, and Service in All We Do are ingrained in all members of the PNP Academy family, not just the cadets. The PNPA PCOs, PNCOs, NUPs, and Faculty that oversee and instruct the Academy’s cadets also serve as examples of these ideals.
Each Leader, from the Director of the PNPA to the Dean of Academics to the Commandant of the Cadets down the line, is committed to the goal of creating future leaders with an understanding of public safety leadership in order to serve the nation and the Filipino people.
