PNPA: World-class center of excellence in public safety and social defense education and training.

On March 18, 2026, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) conducted the Oath-Taking and Donning of Ranks Ceremony of Newly Promoted Police Lieutenant Colonels (PLTCOLs) under the 1st Quarter CY 2026 Continuous Promotion Program. The event was administered over by PMGEN ANDRE P DIZON, Director, PNPA. The ceremony was held at the PNPA Heroes Hall, Academics Building, Camp General Mariano N Castañeda, Silang, Cavite, and was witnessed by the families and friends of the newly promoted personnel.

The newly promoted PNPA officers are as follows:

• PLTCOL DOMINGO DEINLA BALLESTEROS JR

• PLTCOL RONNIE BALIWAG AURELLANO

• PLTCOL LESTER CASTILLO TANNAGAN

Their promotion to the next higher ranks reflects their devotion and loyalty to public service. It also highlights their outstanding achievement in upholding the values of integrity, service, justice, honor, and excellence.
