On March 18, 2026, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) conducted the Oath-Taking and Donning of Ranks Ceremony of Newly Promoted Police Lieutenant Colonels (PLTCOLs) under the 1st Quarter CY 2026 Continuous Promotion Program. The event was administered over by PMGEN ANDRE P DIZON, Director, PNPA. The ceremony was held at the PNPA Heroes Hall, Academics Building, Camp General Mariano N Castaรฑeda, Silang, Cavite, and was witnessed by the families and friends of the newly promoted personnel.
