Silang, Cavite—The highly anticipated culmination of the Cadet Corps Philippine National Police Specialized Training Program (STP) took place on August 1, 2023, at the Campos Field, showcasing the remarkable achievements of the cadets who participated in various training courses. This event served as a testament to the dedication and commitment of the future leaders from the LAYAG-DIWA class of 2024, SINAG-LAWIN class of 2025, and SILANG-PAGLAOM class of 2026.
The day was filled with a plethora of activities, including the completion of the Critical Incident Response Training (CIRT) and Instructors Development Course conducted by the ICITAP US Embassy Manila. Additionally, the Cadet Corps had the privilege to attend the Civil Military Operations Seminar, which was skillfully conducted by the distinguished faculty members of the CMO School – Philippine Navy.
The LAYAG-DIWA class of 2024 exhibitors their extraordinary skills and knowledge acquired during the Basic Search, Rescue and Recovery Operations Training (BSRROT). This rigorous training program, executed flawlessly by the 151st SRRU of the Special Action Force, equipped the cadets with the necessary skills to face any search and rescue operation they may encounter in the future.
Furthermore, the SILANG-PAGLAOM class of 2026, under the Cadet Law Enforcement Development Leadership Development, demonstrated their remarkable leadership capabilities. This program focused on cultivating effective leadership skills, enabling the cadets to serve as exemplary law enforcement officers and future leaders in their respective fields.
The culmination program was honored to have PMGEN Rudolph B Dimas, the esteemed Director of the Special Action Force, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. His presence served as an inspiration to the cadets and highlighted the significance of their accomplishment.
The Director/Superintendent PBGEN Samuel C Nacion expressed his utmost gratitude to all the subject matter experts and training staff who devoted their time in ensuring the success of these trainings.
The Philippine National Police Academy takes pride in the Specialized Training Program, which has undoubtedly equipped these future leaders with invaluable skills and knowledge for their future endeavors. Through their dedication and hard work, these cadets have exemplified the values of discipline, resilience, and excellence, which serve as the foundation of our nation’s future.
