Rise at three in the morning, today is a new beginning
Tied my combat shoe, I am conditioned for
running
Carrying my rifle while chanting and singing
I should keep going, even if the rain is pouring
We practice until it’s ten in the evening
We march until our legs are hurting
But all of those sacrifices pay off
Through the smiles every time we show off
The hallowed ground became my home
The helipad became my playground
I have gained friends, that turned into family
I am beyond grateful for being part of this company
All the laughter we shared together
Became memories to be treasured forever
The silent drill company is the best
Because we are the cream of the nation’s finest.
