Silang, Cavite- Serving as the catalyst for innovative development and holistic leadership in spearheading the cadet corp’s affairs and activities, members of the regimental commander and staff, company commanders, class officers and cadet-in-charge of different cadet clubs and organizations led by CDT 1C Mark Jordan Martinez enthusiastically listened to the guidance of PGEN Cesar H Binag (Ret) in their Strategic Planning and Team Building at Mandara Village, Silang, Cavite on July 1-2, 2023 in partnership with My Brother’s Keepers Philippines and GoDucate.
The cadets shared their valuable insights on how to improve the guiding policy of the cadet corps as well as how can they contribute to the excellence and competence set forth by the academy led by PMGEN Eric E Noble, PNPA Director.
