On March 30, 2026, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), under the leadership of PMGEN ANDRE P DIZON, held the Culmination Ceremony of National Women’s Month 2026 through a fellowship activity dubbed “Gabi ng Saya ni Juana.” The event took place at Fidel V Ramos Hall, Camp General Mariano N. Castañeda, Silang, Cavite, with PBGEN ANGELA Q REJANO, Dean of Academics, serving as the Keynote Speaker.

The 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration carried the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society,” with the sub-theme “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”—a call that highlights the vital role of Filipino women as leaders, changemakers, and bearers of culture and resilience in nation-building.

The culmination program served as a meaningful closing of the month-long celebration, recognizing the invaluable contributions of women in the Academy and reaffirming the PNPA’s commitment to gender equality, inclusivity, and women empowerment.
