Born and raised in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, a proud member of the PNPA “Kapanalig” Class of 1997, she is the first female PNP General to emerge from her class. Recently, she was honored with the Women Leadership Achievement Award during the 2026 National Women’s Month Kick-Off Ceremony, conferred by the Philippine Commission on Women, in recognition of her outstanding leadership and contributions to gender-responsive governance.
A woman with an exceptional track record in public service, she continues to champion women’s empowerment, academic excellence, and professional integrity—an inspiring leader whose legacy motivates the next generation of police officers.
Currently serving as the Dean of Academics of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), her story proves that women can rise, lead, and transform institutions through competence, leadership, and commitment to service.
