The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), under the leadership of PMGEN ANDRE P. DIZON, in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Region IV-A (TESDA 4A) and the Quezon National Agricultural School (QNAS) Malicboy, Pagbilao, Quezon, headed by Ms. Ninette J. Papiña, Barista Instructor, successfully conducted the She Brew Female Barista Workshop in celebration of National Women’s Month 2026. Anchored on the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” with the sub-theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, the activity was held at the PNPA Heroes Hall, Camp General Mariano N Castañeda, Silang, Cavite on March 17, 2026.
More than just a coffee-making session, the workshop served as a meaningful platform for women to cultivate skills and build confidence. Participants were empowered to embrace their strength and leadership—much like the Babaylans of old—proving that women can lead, create, and inspire in every field they choose. As cups were filled with carefully brewed coffee, hearts were likewise filled with purpose, reminding everyone that empowered women empower communities.
