Silang, Cavite – On March 9, 2026, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), under the leadership of PMGEN ANDRE P DIZON, officially kicked off the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration with the theme “We for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” and the sub-theme “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”
The event was graced by the Guest of Honor and Speaker, PBGEN PORTIA B MANALAD, Director, Health Service, whose presence highlighted the significance of empowering women in leadership and public service. The activity also coincided with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing between the PNPA and The Medical City South Luzon, further strengthening institutional collaboration in promoting health and wellness programs for PNPA personnel and cadets.
The 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration serves as a reminder that women’s leadership is an essential part of national identity and progress, inspiring every member of the organization to champion inclusivity, respect, and equal opportunities for all.
