The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) once again brought pride and honor to the country as it triumphed with a 2nd Place finish at the International Undergraduate Conference on Policing (IUCP) 2025, representing the Philippines in the Police Academy Student Festival in Asia (PASFA) held on November 12, 2025, at the Indonesian Police Academy in Semarang, Indonesia.
Out of 25 research submissions vying to compete, only seven (7) groups advanced to the final round โ with the PNPA Team emerging as one of the best and securing a remarkable 2nd Place overall.
Representing PNPA in this prestigious international competition were CDT JHON ROVIC G TALAGTAG, CDT JOSEPH BERNARD N BASTIDA, CDT JOHN LAWRENCE G SORIA, PMAJ ANECITTO A ACABO, JR (Team Leader), and DR. JEZAMINE R. DE LEON as Research Adviser.

The 1st Place was awarded to the Indonesian Police Academy, this yearโs host, while the 3rd Place went to the Peopleโs Police Academy of Vietnam.
