𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐋𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐎 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐊 (𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋) 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏

𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐀 𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐎 (𝐑𝐞𝐭), a proud member of the 𝐏𝐍𝐏𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟑, made history as the first BJMP Lakan General. Over the course of his career, he served in key leadership roles, including as 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏-𝐍𝐂𝐑, where he oversaw major jail management operations. He signed the 2011 memorandum on the “𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧,” a significant step in strengthening accountability within BJMP facilities. Later, in 2017, he was involved in the issuance of the Revised List of Authorized Personal Properties for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), which became part of the Bureau’s Standard Operating Procedures to improve regulation and security. His contributions reflect his lasting impact on the policies and systems of the BJMP.
