Silang, Cavite — The Municipality of Silang proudly issued Executive Order No. 032, Series of 2025 — “𝘋𝘦𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘺 (𝘗𝘕𝘗𝘈) 𝘢𝘵 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘰 𝘕. The Executive Order, signed by Hon. Edward Esperat Carranza, Municipal Mayor, on August 29, 2025, formally recognizes Silang as a town of cultural and historical significance, highlighting its vital role in hosting the PNPA and shaping the identity, heritage, and pride of the community.

Silang’s unique identity is enriched by the PNPA, the nation’s premier educational institution for public safety and social defense. The Academy’s presence since 1993 has made Silang a landmark of national importance, linking its landmarks and stories to generations of patriotic, courageous, and service-oriented leaders in public safety.

Through this historic declaration, Silang reaffirms its enduring bond with the PNPA — a proud heritage of honor, discipline, and service, and a town recognized for nurturing the nation’s future leaders.
