On September 30, 2025, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) conducted the Oath-Taking and Donning of Ranks Ceremony for PLTCOL under the 3rd Quarter CY 2025 Continuous Promotion Program. The event was presided over by PBGEN ANDRE P DIZON, Acting Director, PNPA. The ceremony was held at the PNPA Heroes Hall, Academics Building, Camp General Mariano N. Castaรฑeda, Silang, Cavite, and was witnessed by the families and friends of the newly promoted personnel.
