Silang, Cavite โ The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) held the graduation, oath-taking, and donning of ranks of CDT 1C JOHN MARVIN D GERBESE, CDT 1C EDDIE A MANGINGA JR, and CDT 1C EARL WILLIAM M VELASCO, members of the PNPA โSinaglawinโ Class of 2025. The ceremony also coincided with the oath-taking and assumption of duty of newly promoted Non-Uniformed Personnel. The event was administered by PBGEN ANDRE P DIZON, Acting Director, and was held at PNPA Heroes Hall, Camp General Mariano N Castaรฑeda, Silang, Cavite, on September 4, 2025.
