The very supportive Director, PNPA, PBGEN Eric E Noble gave his guidance to the PNPACAT CY 2022 Exam Contingents in the 37 Test Centers nationwide during the Pre-Deployment Briefing held inside the Academics Hall on October 24, 2022. PBGEN Noble reminded everyone especially the cadets to always carry in them the premier police higher education institutionโs cardinal virtues of SERVICE, HONOR, JUSTICE and INTEGRITY.
