PNPA: World-class center of excellence in public safety and social defense education and training.

In celebration of National Women’s Month 2026, we are reminded that women have always played vital roles in shaping our communities and our nation.

One of them is 𝐏𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐀 𝐁𝐀Ñ𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐃, Director, Health Service, who made history as the first female cadet of PNPA PATNUBAY CLASS of 1995. She has broken barriers throughout her career—serving as the first female City Director of Cotabato City, Chief of the Women and Children Protection Desks, Deputy Director for Operations, and now leading the PNP Health Service.

Her dedication also reaches the global stage, representing the Philippines in UN Peacekeeping Operations and serving as an instructor on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence.

This Women’s Month, with the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” and sub-theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, PBGEN MANALAD reminds us that women continue to lead with courage, integrity, and compassion.
