Feature| New Leaders Rise as PNPA Holds Cadet Corps Turnover of Command Ceremony

PNPA: World-class center of excellence in public safety and social defense education and training.

On March 23, 2026, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) under the leadership of PMGEN ANDRE P DIZON, who served as the Keynote Speaker, conducted the Cadet Corps Turnover of Command Ceremony. The ceremony was held at the BGen Cicero Campos Grandstand, Camp General Mariano N Castañeda, Silang, Cavite.

The Turnover of Command is an annual Cadet Corps tradition that signifies the formal transfer of duties, authority, and responsibilities from the outgoing to the incoming set of Cadet Officers. This ceremonious event is symbolized by the passing of the saber—an emblem of leadership and a continuing legacy of the long maroon line’s cherished traditions.

It honors those who came before, reflecting the virtues of justice, integrity, and service. As the SILANG-PAGLAOM Class of 2026 completes its tasks, the SANDIKHAIN Class of 2027 rises to the challenge as the incoming ruling class. Deemed prepared and capable, they now take the helm of the Corps, ready to uphold the Academy’s values and meet the demands of leadership.
