On August 2, 2025, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), under the leadership of PBGEN ANDRE P DIZON, Acting Director, PNPA, held a Joint Testimonial Parade and Review in honor of PBGEN ALBERT G MAGNO, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group and PBGEN BENJAMIN DL SEMBRANO, Director, PNP Forensic Group. The event took place at BGen Cicero C. Campos Grandstand, Camp General Mariano N Castaรฑeda, Silang, Cavite and was graced by the honoreesโ families, friends, classmates, and colleagues.
PBGEN MAGNO and PBGEN SEMBRANO are proud members of the PNPA โPATNUBAYโ Class of 1995. Their more than three decades of public service is an evident to their exemplary leadership, performance to their sworn duties, dedication, and outstanding contributions to the Philippine National Police.
