Silang, Cavite โ On July 4, 2025, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), under the leadership of PMGEN CHRISTOPHER C BIRUNG, Director, PNPA, held the Closing Ceremony of the Cadet Corps Philippine National Police (CCPNP) Specialized Training Program. The event was graced by PMGEN MARK D PESPES, Director, Special Action Force, who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. The ceremony took place at the BGen Cicero Campos Grandstand, Camp General Mariano N. Castaรฑeda, Silang, Cavite.
The CCPNP Specialized Training Program was designed to achieve key objectives: to enhance the professional skills of cadets, instill a strong sense of duty and discipline, and develop leaders who can respond effectively to the complex challenges of law enforcement with integrity, competence, and resilience.
