Camp Crame, Quezon City— The Philippine National Police Academy’s (PNPA) top cadets and special awardees were recently interviewed on UNTV’s “Pulis At Ur Serbis Aksyong Mabilis,” showcasing their achievements and hard work to the whole nation.

On March 3, 2023, the PNPA’s Top 10 Cadets and Special Awardees took the spotlight on UNTV’s program. They were asked about their experiences, their struggles, and their future plans as they prepare to graduate and serve the country.

Police Cadet Francis D Geneta emerged as the Top 1 cadet among the elite group. As top of the class, he will be the recipient of the prestigious Presidential Kampilan. He shared that he joined the PNPA to fulfill his lifelong dream of serving the country and helping his family. Despite facing challenges in adjusting to the strict military training, he persevered and was eventually rewarded with the top spot.

Joining him in the Top 10 are Police Cadet John Rafael S Desiderio (Rank 2, Vice Presidential Kampilan), Jail Cadet Mary Louise M Moyano (Rank 3, SILG and Chief BJMP Kampilan), Fire Cadet Eden Jhun M Santos (Rank 4, Chief BFP Kampilan), Police Cadet Clarie Gean L Pambid (Rank 5), Police Cadet Gezelle Neuda Sadian (Rank 6), Fire Cadet Gillan T Torlao (Rank 7), Police Cadet Jefferson S Mamauag (Rank 8 ), Police Cadet Patrick John D Alabado (Rank 9), and Police Cadet Kimberly V Cruz (Rank 10).

Aside from the Top 10, special awardees were also interviewed. They are Police Cadet Normin A Luis (NAPOLCOM Kampilan), Police Cadet Pampilo A Paiton II (Leadership Kampilan), Police Cadet Mark David G Gesto (Athletic Kampilan), Jail Cadet Saleh Ismael B Lingas (Journalism Kampilan), Police Cadet Dirk Chadwick C Mabasa (Best Thesis Awardee), Police Cadet Aidan Joshua M Aguilar (Best Thesis Awardee) and Police Cadet Jayvee O Toribio (Best Thesis Awardee).

The cadets’ achievements were truly impressive. They excelled in academics, physical fitness, and leadership, proving that they are ready to become the future leaders of the PNPA and the country.

The interview served as an inspiration to many aspiring cadets and a reminder of the importance of dedication, discipline, and hard work. The PNPA’s Top 10 Cadets and Special Awardees are a testament to the academy’s commitment to producing competent leaders of the country.
