Silang, Cavite — As the leadership of PNPA MASIDTALAK Class of 2023 comes to its monumental conclusion, the headship of the new ruling class, the LAYAG-DIWA Class of 2024 will now commence and be at the helm of service as the academy spearheads the Traditional Turn-over Ceremony with PMGEN Eric E Noble, Director, at the historic Cicero Grandstand, Camp General Mariano N Castañeda, Silang, Cavite on March 7, 2023.
After years of overcoming supremacy of oneself as bona fide cadets of the premier educational institution of the nation, the LAYAG-DIWA Class of 2024 are now finally the “Shepherds” of the corps as they will lead and uplift the culture of excellence set forth by their direct upperclassmen. They can finally showcase their leadership prowess that has been molded inside the academy, making them virtuous and responsible future leaders of the nation.
As their graduation draws near, the MASIDTALAK Class of 2023 will now face the real Mccoy as they will leave the hallowed grounds of the Academy few days from now. They have been honed to become dedicated public servants, determined and inspired to serve the people with utmost justice, integrity, and service in their hearts.
PMGEN Noble challenged the new ruling class to be leaders worthy to serve the cadet corps with sense of responsibility, professionalism, and competence. He further emphasized to always abide to the best practices for the betterment of the institution.
“To the incoming cadet officers, the LAYAG-DIWA Class of 2024, the challenge of being the shepherd or the ruling class starts right now. It is finally your time to fulfill your duties and responsibilities as leaders who will manage and look out for the welfare of the cadet corps” stated by PMGEN Noble in his speech.
“As I say to you right now, it will never be easy. You will surely face obstacles and hurdles that will test your very limits as the anchor. Prove to yourself that you are ready to take charge and be the catalyst for improvement, innovation and development of the academy” he added.
