PNPA Reinforced Protocols and Strengthened Cadet Welfare Measures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) promptly implemented appropriate measures following a recent incident to ensure the safety, well-being, and continued care of the cadets involved. Those who sustained injuries received immediate medical attention and were placed under ongoing monitoring to ensure their full recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In strict adherence to PNPA protocols, those responsible were placed under the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) to support the investigation and ensure the proper handling of the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Concurrently, the PNPA initiated administrative proceedings while coordinating with the CIDG for the fact-finding process, consistent with due process. CIDG personnel assisted in completing the necessary documentation, which led to the filing of appropriate criminal cases. Corresponding administrative cases were likewise filed in accordance with established PNPA procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Appropriate actions were undertaken against individuals found accountable. In line with the principle of command responsibility, the Tactical Officer of the Day was temporarily relieved of duties pending the completion of the review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
