On March 13, 2026, at the PNPA Old Mess Hall, PMGEN BARTOLOME R. BUSTAMANTE (Ret.) shared his insights and experiences with the PNPA \u201cSilang-Paglaom\u201d Class of 2026, during a meaningful \u201cTalk with the Cadets\u201d session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
