On March 17, 2026, at the PNPA New Mess Hall, PLTGEN BERNARD M BANAC, Deputy Chief PNP for Administration, shared his insights and experiences with the PNPA \u201cSilang-Paglaom\u201d Class of 2026, during a meaningful \u201cTalk with the Cadets\u201d session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
