On March 19, 2026, the graduating cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) \u201cSilang-Paglaom\u201d Class of 2026 immersed themselves in a meaningful journey of spiritual reflection and leadership formation through the 21st Century Leadership: \u201cCalled to Lead\u201d. The seminar featured distinguished speakers PMGEN MA.O R APLASCA (Ret.), Sergeant-at-Arms of the Commission on Appointments, and PMGEN ERIC E NOBLE (Ret.), Consultant of MBK Philippines. The activity was held at Fidel V. Ramos Hall, Camp General Mariano N Casta\u00f1eda, Silang, Cavite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through their inspiring messages, the cadets were reminded that true leadership is anchored not only in authority and competence, but also in faith, integrity, and a deep sense of service to the nation. The activity served as a fitting spiritual preparation as the class approaches the final chapter of their cadetship and their forthcoming commissioning into the police service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
