The ceremony was graced by no less than the President of the Republic of the Philippines, His Excellency FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SILANG-PAGLAOM Class of 2026 is composed of 326 brave young men and women, this class has proven themselves worthy to be entitled \u201cIskolars Para sa Bayan\u201d who will serve the country and the Filipino people as warriors of Justice, Integrity, and Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leading the graduates is \ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc03\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc13 \ud835\udc15\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc04\ud835\udc03\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc07\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc06\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc03\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc18\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc06\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0d, a 24-year-old from Baybay City, Leyte, proudly ranks Number 1 among the 326 graduating cadets of the SILANG-PAGLAOM Class of 2026. She was awarded the prestigious Presidential Kampilan Award and the Chief, PNP Kampilan Award under the Institutional Awards category. He also received Special Academic Awards for Best in General Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his message, President Marcos delivered a strong and inspiring call to duty, emphasizing integrity, accountability, and public trust as the foundation of effective law enforcement. He called on them to help restore and strengthen public confidence by upholding integrity, professionalism, and transparency in all aspects of their service. He emphasized that the true strength of the police force lies in the honor and principles of its members, urging them to cleanse their ranks and ensure that the actions of a few do not tarnish the reputation of many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlighting the importance of community engagement and moral leadership, the President encouraged the graduates to become problem-solvers, fair enforcers of the law, and protectors of the oppressed. He reminded them that their oath is bound solely to the Republic and the Filipino people, and that all personal interests must be set aside in the performance of their duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
