The activity was held at the BGen Cicero Campos Grandstand, Camp General Mariano N. Casta\u00f1eda, Silang, Cavite, on November 17, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event highlighted the Awarding of Certificates of Academic Excellence to top-performing cadets, followed by the pinning of the Dean\u2019s Lister Badge, recognizing their outstanding discipline and academic excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A symbolic ringing of the bell marked the Ceremonial Opening of Classes, signaling the start of another term of learning, leadership development, and service-oriented training.
