Silang, Cavite \u2014 The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) held the <\/a>graduation, oath-taking, and donning of ranks of CDT 1C JOHN MARVIN D GERBESE, CDT 1C EDDIE A MANGINGA JR, and CDT 1C EARL WILLIAM M VELASCO, members of the PNPA \u201cSinaglawin\u201d Class of 2025. The ceremony also coincided with the oath-taking and assumption of duty of newly promoted Non-Uniformed Personnel. The event was administered by PBGEN ANDRE P DIZON, Acting Director, and was held at PNPA Heroes Hall, Camp General Mariano N Casta\u00f1eda, Silang, Cavite, on September 4, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
