Born on November 29, 2000, in Taguig City, he was raised in an environment where strength was essential to survive. Inspired by his father&#8217;s unfulfilled dream of joining the academy and motivated by his mother&#8217;s sacrifices as a single parent, Chan&#8217;s journey to the PNPA was fueled by a desire to create a better future. Before joining the academy, he was a medical student at Far Eastern University, working toward a degree in BS Medical Laboratory Science.
