The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) is inviting all interested entities to join in the acquisition of Cadet Clothing and Essential Items Allowance (CCEIA) for incoming PNPA Class 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The deadline for submission of the requirements and sample uniforms\/prototypes will be on or before October 12, 2023 (Thursday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ll. Documentary Requirements \u2014 Three (3) copies each in Separate Folders with Tabbing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. Original cover letter certifying under oath (duly notarized) the authenticity or correctness of all documents submitted;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B. Original Company Profile and\/or Brochure;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
C. Certified True Copy of Mayor\u2019s Permit (CY 2023);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
D. Certified True Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT Registration;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
E. Certified True Copy of Audited Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) for the last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
F. Certified True Copy of Company\/Business Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
G. Original Letter of Authorization or Secretary\u2019s Certificate showing the photograph of authorized representative\/s;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
