Silang, Cavite \u2013 Amidst the somber sky, a steadfast resolve radiated from the impeccably uniformed cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy standing resolute in formation as they welcome PBGEN Leumar U Abugan, Chief of the Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA), in a Testimonial Parade and Review spearheaded by its Acting Director, PBGEN Samuel C Nacion, in the hallowed ground of BGEN Cicero Compos Field on September 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PBGEN Abugan is a proud alumnus of the PNPA \u2018TAGAPAGPATUPAD\u2019 Class of 1992, the first class to formally rename the Cadet Corps Philippine National Police Academy. Since his graduation, he has consistently demonstrated his passion for upholding the law and serving the community. With a career that embodies unwavering dedication and a commitment to public safety, his journey in the Philippine National Police has been marked by excellence and a relentless pursuit of justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This momentous event serves as a reminder to all cadets that as chosen among the few Iskolars Para sa Bayan, they must always strive to improve themselves in all aspects of law enforcement \u2013 dedicating their time and effort to equip themselves with necessary skills and understanding in order to better fulfill their duties and responsibilities as warriors of Justice, Integrity, and Service. After the testimonial parade, the cadets had a chance to dine with the distinguished guest during the testimonial \u2018Dine with the Cadets\u2019 \u2013 an opportune time to share and celebrate valued experiences, knowledge and accomplishments. This shall also serve as an early celebration of the guest\u2019s upcoming natal day on September 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
