Silang, Cavite\u2014 The Philippine National Police Academy led by its hardworking and dynamic Director, PBGEN SAMUEL C NACION, spearheaded a befitting arrivals honors and traditional parade and review to a well-rounded and seasoned statesman, PBGEN ANDREW D CAYAD, the Deputy Director for Operations, at the historic BGen Cicero Campos Field on July 27, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PBGEN Cayad, a proud member of PNPA SANDIGAN Class of 1994, is known by his peers, subordinates, and the public as a man of commitment, passion, and dedication to serve the nation. In his years as a police officer, he embodies excellence and competence for the welfare of the public. He is also the former of the PNP Intelligence Group, further solidifying his legacy as a renowned police officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More than any awards or illustrious titles, PBGEN CAYAD never stops doing everything in his power to fulfill his obligations and uphold the safety and security of the Filipino People.
