Silang, Cavite\u2014The Philippine National Police Academy<\/a> (PNPA) was honored to welcome the Office for Transportation Security<\/a> Administrator Gen. Mao R Aplasca and his party together with their counterparts from the US Transportation Security Administration – TSA<\/a> on June 23, 2023. The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the two agencies and promote collaboration in the transportation security sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon their arrival, Gen. Mao R Aplasca and their party were warmly welcomed by the Director PMGEN PMGen Eric E. Noble<\/a>. They then toured the facilities inside PNPA to see firsthand how the academy trains future leaders of the Philippine National Police<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The visit was part of the ongoing efforts to improve transportation security in the Philippines, particularly in airports and seaports. The partnership between the agencies aim to adopt various strategies and best practices to enhance security measures and ensure passenger safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The PNPA expressed its gratitude for the visit and expressed its commitment to continue working closely with the agencies to improve transportation security in the Philippines.
