Assalamualaikum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I <\/a>join the entire Philippine National Police Academy<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(PNPA) in remembering the martyrdom of the 44 members of the Special Action Forces (SAF) who sacrificed their lives serving the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we observe the National Remembrance Day honoring the SAF 44, we should be reminded that 44 brave Filipinos offered their lives in defense of our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their heroism is both a victory and a defeat. As we continue to mourn the loss of a husband, father, child, and brother, we also commemorate the victory of their mission against terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we pay tribute to the legacy of our courageous SAF 44 brothers, we continue to express our sympathy to the friends, family, and colleagues who still live with the pain of losing their loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

May you find comfort in the millions of Filipinos who share your loss but also the renewed hope for a peaceful society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tragic death of SAF 44 left a painful but indelible lesson in our soul as a nation. Their legacy will live on, and we will never forget their bravery, their loyalty, and love of our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lahat para sa Diyos, sa bayan, at bawat pamilyang Pilipino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
