The Philippine National Police Academy believes that the measure of a Law Enforcement Academy lies in the quality and performance of its graduates and their contributions to public safety and society. <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

PNPA\u2019s Office of Admission conducts a mission-aligned holistic review of every cadet applicant. This review ensures a fair and comprehensive assessment of the \u201cwhole cadet\u201d rather than disproportionately focusing on any one factor to determine admissibility and the ability of cadet applicants to successfully complete the Academy\u2019s unique educational experience. While heavy weight is placed on academic performance, the holistic review considers other criteria such as personal experiences, attributes, leadership experience, physical fitness and athleticism, civic engagement, extracurricular involvement, and level of connection and interest in the PNPA. This holistic approach allows the PNPA to identify and recruit the top-talent in support of the PNP organization\u2019s overall mission of producing police commissioned officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
