ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) is internationally recognised as the world’s leading quality management standard and has been implemented by over one million organisations in over 170 countries globally.
PNPA was first granted ISO 9001:2008 on February 1, 2016. Chartering its track to construct its quality management system from the specific context within which it is active and as an organization to take into account the needs and expectations of all interested parties and to understand and respond to their expectations. Thus after three years, a transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 was needed since ISO 9001:2015 places more emphasis on leadership and management commitment.
After completion of the requirements for certification, a Certificate of Registration to ISO 9001:2015 was awarded on June 03, 2019 with the following scope- “PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES”. Using ISO 9001:2015 as a tool, PNPA enhances more on competitiveness thru organize processes, improving efficiency of the processes and continuous development of the services or processes through incremental and breakthrough improvements to meet the institutional mandate in the changing environment.
